I’ve Returned to Keller Williams

I’ve returned to Keller Williams, now with the Studio City office. Same phone numbers, same neighborhoods, same person you’ve always worked with — and a homecoming of sorts, since Keller Williams is where I spent a good stretch of my career before.

I wanted to explain the move, because I made it for reasons that directly affect the people I work with.

Thirty Years, One Market

I’ve been selling real estate in Los Angeles for about thirty years. The Valley and the Westside have changed enormously in that time, but what makes this work meaningful hasn’t: helping someone figure out where they actually want to live, then getting them there without unnecessary drama.

Over three decades you learn what you need to do that well. This move was about building my practice around those things.

What Stays Exactly the Same

If we’ve worked together before, or you’re in the middle of something with me now, nothing about your experience changes. Same phone numbers: 310-795-4347 and 818-422-1702. Same markets: Studio City, Sherman Oaks, Encino, Woodland Hills, Calabasas, and across the Valley and Westside. Same California DRE license, #01210537. Same approach: no pressure, no theatrics, straight answers.

What Actually Gets Better

You work with me. Just me. No handoffs, no coordinator, no rotating cast. The first call, the showings, the negotiation, the closing table — that’s all me. I know your situation because I’ve been in every conversation about it. For most clients this ends up mattering more than anything else on this list.

Keller Williams Luxury International. I’m a member of KW Luxury, which connects me to a network of luxury specialists worldwide. For relocation clients arriving from out of state or abroad — and for my clients leaving Los Angeles — that network means I can hand you off to someone I actually trust on the other end, rather than a name off a list.

Stronger listing exposure. I now have a broader set of marketing tools behind my listings, which translates to more eyes on your property and faster response times on buyer inquiries. For sellers, that’s the whole game.

Marketing built for your specific property. Every home has something particular about it — a view that only works at a certain hour, a floor plan that needs explaining, a street that sells the house better than the house does. I have the latitude to build marketing around whatever that thing is, rather than fitting the property into a standard template.

Faster decisions. In a negotiation, the speed of a response is sometimes the whole ballgame. Being able to make calls in real time is a genuine advantage when we’re competing for a property or protecting your position in escrow.

Pricing strategy that reflects the actual street. Pricing in Los Angeles is hyperlocal to a degree people outside the business find hard to believe. Two blocks can behave like two different markets. I have more room to price according to what I know about a specific pocket rather than what a broader model suggests.

Why the Studio City Office

The office sits at 12711 Ventura Blvd, right in the middle of the market I care about most. Studio City is a natural crossroads — the Valley on one side, the hill to Beverly Hills and Century City on the other. A lot of my business happens within fifteen minutes of that door.

The second reason is the model. Keller Williams is built around agents running their own practices with real support behind them — training, technology, a strong local office — without dictating how the work gets done. That balance is exactly what I was after, and it’s a big part of why I came back.

What This Means If We Haven’t Worked Together

If you’re reading this because you’re thinking about buying or selling in the Valley or on the Westside, here’s what you should know: I’ve been doing this a long time in these specific neighborhoods, and I’m now set up to do it the way I think it should be done.

That means honest conversations about what your home is actually worth. It means telling you when a property isn’t right, even when that costs me a sale. It means knowing which streets flood, which buildings have waitlists that never get advertised, and which blocks feel completely different on a Tuesday morning than they did on the Saturday you toured.

Let’s Talk

If you’ve worked with me before, thank you — those relationships are the reason this business has lasted three decades. If you’re considering a move, or just want to know what your home would sell for in today’s market, I’d be glad to talk it through with no pressure attached.
